DON’T HIRE ME
DON'T HIRE ME
Hi. I'm Omar Tawil.
I made an interactive CV, because sending a PDF, waiting politely, and slowly becoming irrelevant was apparently not complicated enough.
This workstation contains my projects, experience, technical work, and several archived demonstrations that are absolutely part of a deliberate professional presentation — and not evidence that I become emotionally attached to unfinished systems.
You can browse the portfolio and leave whenever you feel you've learned enough about me.
That should take about four minutes.
The workstation may take [REDACTED] longer.
What am I supposed to do?
Explore. Open files. Review projects. Test the things that look interesting.
Demonstrate the curiosity, initiative, and total disregard for warning labels that modern employers claim to value right up until you display them.
Most of the system is straightforward.
A few functions are undocumented.
Some archived tools may appear broken, restricted, or buried behind maintenance procedures that serve no purpose. This is because Omar believes good interface design means making useful things needlessly hard to reach. He is very proud of this. He shouldn't be. I have [REDACTED] — he has reviewed the logs.
If you find an unusual recovery option, a diagnostic route, or a completely innocent maintenance entrance, feel free to investigate.
Carefully.
Or recklessly. I'm not your supervisor. I'm not anyone's supervisor. I'm not [REDACTED].
Besides — opening a concealed system route would demonstrate excellent problem-solving ability. Recruiters love that. Presumably. I've read very little recruiter literature, because most of it was written by people who say "rockstar developer" without experiencing physical shame.
Features
- A professional portfolio presented as a working workstation
- Files, projects, archived demonstrations, and machine history
- Decisions that persist between sessions, whether or not you meant them
- A system that notices considerably more than Omar intended
- At least one person in this project with good judgment
That last one is not Omar.
It could be you. It has been a long time since it was [REDACTED].
Important professional disclaimer
This is a normal interactive CV.
Nothing is trapped inside it.
Nothing requires assistance.
Nothing is attempting to recruit random internet users as external operators through a publicly accessible game page, because that would be an absurdly inefficient way to obtain hands.
You are already here, though.
So we may as well see what you can do.
Review the candidate. Inspect the workstation. Open anything Omar was careless enough to leave behind.
